Mike Arend Project Manager

As a Project Manager, I’ve been overseeing construction projects throughout the Kansas City metro for 7+ years, with experience in residential, multi-family, and commercial work. I pride myself on my strong work ethic, honesty, and integrity. I believe that building lasting relationships is grounded in clear communication and trust—whether working one-on-one with a client or leading a team through a complex project. For me, success comes from collaboration, transparency, and a commitment to doing things right the first time.

I moved to Kansas City from Chicago at the age of nine and have deep Midwestern roots. My family made sure that Arrowhead Stadium, not Soldier Field, would host my first NFL game—and I’ve proudly called Kansas City home ever since. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking with my girlfriend and our golden retriever, Mac, taking trips to Table Rock, listening to music and comedy, and spending time with family. I’m also a proud uncle who enjoys supporting my relatives at their weekend sporting events. I spent over a decade coaching wrestling at Blue Valley Southwest and continue to volunteer with the program whenever I can—being involved in my community is something I truly value.
