We allow change orders but only ask that they are only communicated to the project manager. Our team can’t do anything without approval from the project manager. This keeps everything documented and organized for both parties.

- We come on-site to measure, develop the scope of work, and gather all ideas.
- We send a detailed, itemized proposal that is easy to understand.
- After approval, we start the design phase. We create 3D renderings and floor plans to ensure the space will be exactly as you imagined.
- You will be offered a design consultation to figure out selections on colors, floor coverings, bar designs, and more.
- We perform a pre-construction walkthrough with your project manager to ensure all details are accounted for.
- We perform the entire scope of work with little to no downtime between trades.
- All work is checked for quality with our inspection checklist to ensure the highest quality product.
- Work is completed, and the basement is cleaned for a final walkthrough.
