Q: Do I need to pull permits?

We will pull all necessary permits as required per municipality. If you request no permits then that is up to your discretion.

Q: Do I need to worry about my foundation leaking?

We will evaluate your foundation walls, sump pump and exterior drainage prior to starting work. It’s important you have a sound foundation prior to us starting. We can perform needy repairs if any are found.

Q: Do I need an egress window?

If you are looking to add a bedroom, you must have means of egress. That means you must have an egress window or exterior door that meets code standards.

Q: Is remodeling a basement a good investment?

With the right contractor, like All-Pro the answer is YES! As long as you are getting a fair price, basement add value to your home, practically a no-brainer!

Q: How long will the process take?

Basements range based off size and scope of work. Most basements take 12-14 weeks though.

Q: Will remodeling my basement make a big mess?

You will see some dust during the drywall phase if you don’t have a walk out, but we do our best to contain dust and keep the area clean as we go.

Q: Can we make changes during the process?

Yes, but we highly recommend you are thorough with the design prior to starting. If materials are ordered already we will need to charge a restocking fee for returning.

We come on-site to measure, develop the scope of work and gather all ideas.
We send a detailed, itemized proposal that is easy to understand.
After approval, we start the design phase. We create 3D renderings and floor plans to ensure the space will be exactly as you imagined.
You will be offered a design consultation to figure out selections on colors, floor coverings, bar designs and more.
We perform a pre-construction walkthrough with your project manager to ensure all details are accounted for.
We perform the entire scope of work with little to no downtime between trades.
All work is checked for quality with our inspection checklist to ensure the highest quality product.
Work is completed and the basement is cleaned for a final walkthrough.
All touch-ups and rework is complete. You can enjoy your new beautiful space!
