Maria Blanco Pre-Construction Coordinator

Hello! I’m Maria, and I’m happy to be part of the All-Pro Renovations team as a Pre-Construction Coordinator. In this role, I help bring each project together by keeping details organized, supporting our team, and ensuring our clients have a smooth experience from the very beginning.

My professional background includes over 8 years of experience in customer service, where I learned that every interaction matters. Whether it’s answering questions, finding solutions, or simply making someone feel heard, I’ve come to believe that the best experiences begin with good communication and a little kindness.

A couple of years ago, I had the opportunity to live in Europe while completing my master’s degree. Beyond the education itself, the experience of exploring new cultures and meeting people from around the world gave me a deeper appreciation for different perspectives and the stories that make each person unique. That perspective continues to influence the way I connect with others today.

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, discovering new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends. I love exploring new places, trying new experiences, and making memories along the way.
