JD Squier Operations Manager

Hello! My name is JD, and I am the Operations Manager here at All-Pro Renovations. In my role, my primary goal each day is to help train, guide, and lead our team to ensure we are always working at our best. I work closely with our project managers to make sure every project we undertake meets the high standards we’ve set for quality and customer satisfaction. For me, it’s simple – if the team is winning, then I’m winning!

I truly love what I do, and I find great satisfaction in seeing projects through to completion and knowing our customers are happy with the results. My background in business development, construction management, and sales has given me the knowledge and skills to lead effectively and help customers navigate their construction projects. I take great pride in building strong, long-lasting professional relationships, offering support and guidance to clients, ensuring their needs are met from start to finish.

When I’m not busy working, I enjoy dedicating my time to creating things for those I care about, whether it’s making jerky, jam, or brewing a great cup of coffee. I live on 40 acres of land where I take care of my animals and immerse myself in nature. In my downtime, you’ll often find me capturing photos of the beautiful landscape around me or enjoying trail riding through the picturesque surroundings of my home.
