Isaac DuBois Master Mechanical (HVAC)

Hi, my name is Isaac.

I’m the HVAC Department Manager and Lead HVAC Technician here at All-Pro Renovations. I’ve been in the HVAC industry for almost 10 years, and I also spent about two and a half years working as a project manager. In my role, I manage the day-to-day operations of the HVAC department and still get out in the field to work directly on projects.

I take a lot of pride in my customer service and communication, and I really enjoy custom ductwork jobs and full HVAC replacement projects. One of the things I appreciate most about All-Pro is the culture of high standards — it pushes me to be excellent in my role, and it’s a refreshing change compared to my previous workplace.

My goal is simple: I want every customer to feel comfortable in their home all year long.

I was born and raised in Wichita, and I currently live in Spring Hill. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family — I have three kids under four — and when I get a little free time, I enjoy playing guitar or a good game of chess. I’m a self-taught guitarist, and fun fact: I worked with the Amish for a few years, where I picked up some Dutch and learned quite a bit about Amish culture.
