Erick Carranza Pre-Construction Coordinator

Hello! My name is Erick, and I am a pre-construction coordinator at All-Pro Renovations. I was born in Honduras, and since I was a little kid, I always dreamt of building and designing homes. A couple of years later, I fulfilled my dream by graduating as an architect in my home country. My experience in construction includes the early design steps, material selection and sorting, and construction supervision. My role at All-Pro Renovations will be to assist you and the Project Managers with anything required to make your renovation dream come true. We will do everything necessary to get your project moving forward before the job starts and throughout the entire building process.  

To provide more information on my professional background I have worked on several types of projects with the Honduran Government such as hospitals and social projects, but my main focus has always been residential projects to which I have designed and supervised several homes on the capital of Honduras, Tegucigalpa and on the countryside as well. I lived on the US close to Chicago for a year where I visited renovations projects along with a contractor and I obtained experience in standardized building with wood and drywall, including the processes and specifics on US building standards. As a side note I also have experience on customer service working for US companies on home security and renters’ support.

On the personal side I would consider myself someone easy going and really patient. I like to help whenever it is possible and spend time with my family. One of my favorite hobbies is gardening; I have several types of plants at home, and I love aromatic plants such as marigold, lavender, mint, oregano and many more! Closely related to gardening I love the outdoors. In my home country we have extraordinary landscapes to explore such as jungles, mountains, lakes and beaches, which I love to hike and camp in whenever possible. Besides outdoors I also like to read a lot, I would say my favorite themes of books are philosophy and Russian realism. I really enjoy spending time reading at home sharing time with my family and cats. I would consider myself really approachable so don’t hesitate to reach out to me with any questions!
