Dillan Boggus Project Manager

Howdy, I’m Dillan Boggus, born and raised in Killeen, Texas. From an early age, I learned the value of hard work and became immersed in the world of construction. Over the years, I honed my skills in many areas of the trade, including concrete, framing, painting, flooring, and much more. I eventually took the leap and started my own remodeling business, where I embraced the adventure of being both the owner and operator. I proudly ran my business successfully for over five years in Texas, gaining invaluable experience along the way. In 2023, my wife took a position in Kansas, which opened up the opportunity to join All-Pro Renovations. Now, as a Project Manager, I’m navigating a new phase of my career, where I am learning how to lead not by using my hands, but by leading with ideas and my voice.

Outside of work, I’m a proud dad and husband. I have three beautiful daughters, a stepson, and three dogs that keep our home full of life and love. My family is the cornerstone of my happiness, and I’m truly grateful for the joy they bring to my life. Being a father and husband is a role I take seriously, and I have dedicated my adult life to being a successful and honest individual, always striving to be the best partner and parent I can be.

I am incredibly excited to continue growing in my role at All-Pro Renovations, bringing my construction experience and leadership skills to every project I manage. Every day presents a new opportunity to learn and improve, and I look forward to contributing to the company’s success while providing the best service to our clients. My journey in this industry has been a rewarding one, and I can’t wait to see where it leads next.
