Christian Martinez Pre-Construction Coordinator

Hello everyone! My name is Christian, and I’m a Pre-Construction Coordinator at All-Pro
Renovations. During the pre-construction phase, I’m one of the people in your corner, keeping
things moving, answering your questions, helping with selections, and making sure nothing
gets missed before we hand things off to the construction team.

My background is in customer service, where I spent over 7 years supporting clients across the
U.S. and internationally. That experience built in me a genuine passion for the client
experience, a strong sense of accountability, and a real commitment to putting people first,
something I carry into this role every day. More recently, I stepped into renovation work, and it
has been a meaningful path ever since. Being part of bringing someone’s dream space to life is
something I take great pride in.

Outside of work, I’m a family man who cherishes every moment spent with my loved ones, a
huge sports fan, and someone who loves to travel. I’ve visited over 15 countries, and one of
the most meaningful experiences was living in Europe for a while, which gave me a deep
appreciation for Mediterranean culture, the food, the pace of life, and the way people
genuinely connect over a meal or a conversation.

My faith in Jesus Christ and my Christian values are the foundation of everything I do. They
keep me grounded and remind me to always lead with integrity, honesty, and genuine care for
others.
