What does the preventative maintenance plan Include?
- Check the property thoroughly following our thorough 82-point checklist. Ensuring needy repairs don't get worse and ensure you are properly caring for your property.
- Service the Heating & Cooling system, changing the furnace filter is included with this service plan.
- Provide pictures of all conditions and defects found during the walkthrough. Documenting anything that as an owner of a property you may want to know. We protect your assets from extensive repairs.
- Install broken/missing smoke and/or carbon monoxide detectors while on site, $40 per unit fee does apply, but doing it on-site reduces extra costs for an additional visit.
- We provide home gutter cleaning. Keeping water away from the property will ensure the foundation stays in optimal condition.
- We provide a drain line inspection for an additional fee. Video footage is uploaded for your review, showing any roots or breaks in the pipes.
- We schedule directly, making the process effortless for you! Send us the address, homeowner/tenant information, and renewal date and we will take it from there!
- All information will be directly emailed to the property owner/manager within five business days. We employ someone who has a full-time job reviewing the visits for accuracy, prior to billing. Our goal is to provide the best preventative maintenance plan in the business!
- We can quote and fix anything we find defective at your property. Email us with what line items you want to be quoted and we will get you a quote for repairs within 72 hours! Our team is high quality and well versed in home repairs.
Are There Any Other Costs?
-Smoke/C02 Detectors ($40): We install brand new smoke/CO2 detectors that include a 10-year lithium-ion battery. This service is non-negotiable, as we can't leave a property without them installed.
Mainline Inspection ($250 per property): Scope the mainline system from inside the house to the city main. Send footage and document any defects we find during the inspection.
Examples Of Why You Should Have Your Property Serviced?
- A tenant had three dogs, instead of one per the lease. Each was taking its turn destroying the carpet, fencing, the deck, trim, doors etc. The repairs would have been so much that it would have cost them roughly $20,000 to replace all the damaged materials.
