These three have some big shoes to fill! Meet my twin boys, Brixton and Gavin—my little mini-me’s who embody compassion, kindness, and an abundance of energy! And now, joining the team is our newest addition, Zachary, who brings even more joy and excitement to our family. From the very first day I opened the shop, my dream has been to create something meaningful that they can take pride in. With dedication, integrity, and hard work, I am building a legacy that will one day be theirs. It’s my hope to keep this business a family-owned company for generations to come!
In Memory Of Nick Sands & Zach Mahurin
Nick Sands and Zach Mahurin were two of the kindest and happiest souls I’ve had the privilege to call friends. We shared a bond that was unbreakable. They were the kind of people for whom I would do anything, and their impact on my life is immeasurable. Absolutely the best friends a man could ever have.
The journey of All-Pro began on the day I learned my wife was pregnant. I knew that supporting our family would require me to forge my own path, and starting a business was my way to make that happen. I shared my vision with Zach, who was my roommate at the time, telling him I wanted to buy a truck and start painting houses. Without a moment's hesitation, he was all in, ready to tackle the adventure together. Zach was always eager to lend a hand. We balanced full-time jobs while dedicating ourselves to renovations, working tirelessly for extra income.
Soon after, Nick Sands, our other dear friend, joined our team. Every day spent working together was filled with laughter and joy, as these two were undoubtedly the happiest people I have ever known. Their infectious positivity created an environment where the business could thrive. One day, while discussing our dreams, we took a leap of faith and decided to leave our jobs to focus on the new venture full-time. Nick was the first to take that step, stepping into the role of foreman and leading our growing team. Zach and I would join soon after.
When Nick passed, our world changed dramatically. The loss left a void that was deeply felt, and while we continued renovating houses, I found myself shifting my focus toward building the business rather than hands-on work. Zach stepped up to lead our Heating & Cooling division, bringing his incredible energy and expertise to every customer interaction. Thanks to his dedication, our HVAC business flourished, growing to employ three full-time team members within a couple of years time.
Nick and Zach were instrumental in bringing All-Pro to life, and I am profoundly grateful for their belief in me when I was just a young dreamer. Their spirits will always be a part of this journey, and I honor their memory with every step we take. Rest in heaven, my friends—you will never be forgotten. I love you, until we meet again.
