The Room Addition Building Process

1. Setup an appointment with your preferred architect company so we can be provided with drawings for pricing.
2. On-site consultation where we will check the build area for all needy information. Gather information for a detailed, itemized budget for the project.
3. Upon approval of the proposal, we will start the design phase. Pick out all layouts and selections. Determine a final price.
4. Gather all contractors for a pre-construction walkthrough with the customer. Ensure we are ready to go and all materials are ordered.
5. Start the building process, trade by trade.
6. Provide you with weekly updates, photos of progress and inspection lists. Ensure we are providing you with a quality build job.
7. Walkthrough all completed work and make a punch list. Complete all repairs to ensure customer satisfaction.
