Hello Friends! My name is Dillon Bettinger. I am the founder of All-Pro Renovations. My core values of integrity, ownership, hard work, and positivity are the driving forces behind every action I take. I am a devoted Christian who ensures we practice business and make all decisions with our faith in mind. All decisions I make in business are with putting myself second, as it’s our amazing team and customers who really make this company possible, and sometime business owners can forget that.
Outside of work, I love hanging out with my family and friends, playing Xbox with my boys, traveling, and doing mixed martial arts.
If you don’t know me, I am an extremely driven person who is obsessed with perfecting the customer experience. I am absolutely not a profit-first type of person. I care more about a customer’s experience than making an extra dollar. I think that’s one of the major contributors to our success. Customers who have never experienced a company like ours really appreciate the way we conduct business, as most businesses put profits before service.
After high school, I started my career with Amazon, where I improved processes and built systems that saved the company tens of millions annually in operating costs. I learned and implemented various process improvement theories: six sigma, lean, gemba kaizen, EOS. These various theories allowed me to consult and improve various large businesses: Amazon, Carhartt, CenturyLink, Star Companies & Fastenal. I have always truly enjoyed building businesses and ensuring they operate with a great culture, lean and systematic as possible. Now I use all my prior skills to ensure All-Pro operates like a well oiled machine.
I am a leader who believes that a positive culture is the key to a strong foundation within a company. When a team works together and is fully involved in the improvement process, amazing things ALWAYS happen! Our team is filled with studs. Everyone works incredibly hard everyday to ensure our customers are provided with a positive experience. I am extremely proud of the team we have built!

Down the road, I want to be able to step back some from All-Pro and focus my time with helping others. One of the amazing things I want to do is create a free martial arts school for under privileged youth. I believe we can change the world by properly guiding our youth, so this is something I have a passion for creating.

Hey there! I’m Savannah, and I’ve been part of the All-Pro Renovations family for a little over five years now. Witnessing the company’s growth and evolution during this time has been an incredible journey. I graduated from the University of Central Missouri with a Communications and Social Media degree, which laid the foundation for my career path, and joining All-Pro Renovations has been the perfect fit.
Working at All-Pro Renovations has been a journey of growth and discovery. From learning the ins and outs of construction to refining my skills in client relations, each day brings new opportunities to connect and create something special.
Outside of the office, I’m a proud wife and dog mom to two incredible fur babies. In our free time, we like to watch movies, go to the dog park, and make memories with friends and family, whether it be a game night or dinner. Spending time with family is very important and always something we make time for!

Hello, and thank you for taking the time to learn a little about me! I am recently married to the most incredible woman! My wife’s name is Chloe, and we have the two best dogs in the world. Chloe is a labor and delivery nurse and lives for the support and care of our world’s future. Our small family of 4 works and strives every day for the betterment of each other and for our future! I believe you have to love and care for yourself to care for another properly. That is why I love my job because everything we do revolves around helping our friends, families, and neighbors find solace and comfort in the place where some of life’s best memories are made!! I don’t see my day-to-day as work I have to do, but as help, I GET to do. I thoroughly enjoy seeing months of hard work and planning come to fruition in a home that people get to love and enjoy.
As far as our lives outside of work consist of traveling and enjoying all things outdoors. One of our favorite hobbies is hiking; any opportunity to hike and adventure somewhere new, you can consider us there! From the Lanikai world war two pill boxes off the southern pacific coast of Oahu to the 14,000-foot peaks in Colorado, the higher, the better! If we are not hiking, you can find us on the bank of a stream or lake bass fishing. The world is a beautiful place that, I think, unfortunately, is often overlooked. I think it is important to remain grounded and in the present. While my job often requires me to look and plan for the future, I have a great balance of living in the moment, ensuring a quality work ethic because I don’t compromise the now for the future!

Hello! My name is JD, and I am the Operations Manager here at All-Pro Renovations. My daily goal is to help train and lead the team to the best of my ability. Working directly with our project managers to ensure the standard of high-quality projects for all our customers. If the team is winning, then I’m winning!
I love what I do and find true purpose in completing projects with satisfied customers. I have a background in business development, construction management, and sales. I enjoy building long-lasting professional relationships with my customers by providing guidance and service for all their construction projects when needed.
In my free time, I enjoy making things for the people around me I love, whether it be Jerky, Jam, or Coffee here and there. I live on 40 acres and spend my time caring for all my animals, taking nature photos of my land, and trail riding.

Howdy, I’m Dillan Boggus; I was born in Killeen, Texas. At an early age, I learned what hard work is all about and started working in construction. I was able to master many traits around construction, concrete, framing, painting, flooring, and much more. I ended up starting my own remodeling business and started an adventure of being an owner/operator. I was able to run a successful business for just over 5 years out in Texas. In 2023 my wife took a position in Kansas, which lead me to All-Pro Renovations! Now I am learning and growing from a different aspect of a construction company as a Project Manager. I’m able to put down my tools and learn how to lead with ideas and my voice instead of leading with my hands.
When not working I’m being a dad and husband, and I have 3 beautiful daughters, and a stepson, 3 dogs, and an overall beautiful family unit! I have dedicated my adult life to being a successful husband, father, and honest human being.

My name is Thomas Marrero. I have a background in Roofing Project Management, Drafting, Design, and construction. I am currently a Project Manager at All-Pro Renovations.
I have a wife and two beautiful children. As a child, I was very active, curious, and creative. I enjoy trying to figure things out, working with my hands, and becoming proficient in all tasks I choose to invest my time in. I’m very passionate about drawing, art, and learning. I was raised in a loving household with hardworking parents who taught me the values of having a good work ethic and staying focused throughout all of life’s adversities.
I enjoy spending my off time with my family, creating new artwork, learning new skills, and working on side projects at home. I create mixed media artwork on canvas, larger-scale murals, and faux-texture murals, such as brick or wood patterns that look 3D on 2D surfaces.

My name is Aaron Melendez, and my story begins on the 20th of October. From the dusty floors of construction sites to the vibrant hues of residential home, my life has been a canvas of hard work and dedication. Working alongside my father during my middle and high school years, I learned the value of craftsmanship as a union and residential painter.
Eight years of painting laid the foundation for my greatest ventures yet: my own painting business. For the past three years, I have poured my soul into this endeavor, ensuring that every stroke and every shade guarantees the satisfaction of my clients. My business is not just about painting; it’s about creating a legacy of quality and trust.
I pride myself on my work ethics and the referrals from our clients that speak volumes of my commitment. I aspire to love to work with people with similar mindsets. Here at All-Pro, I feel at home and comfortable with very smart and educated people. Working here for the past 9 month, I have definitely learned so much about general construction and love working with the people around me.
Beyond the borders of my business, I harbor a deep-seated love for travel. Exploring new places and cultures fuels my creativity and broadens my perspective, enriching both my personal and professional life. Traveling allows me to connect with diverse individuals and ideas, further inspiring my work and reinforcing my belief in the beauty of diversity and experience.
My personal philosophy is simple yet profound: “To achieve success, one must fall in love with the chaos and stress that accompany it.” I believe that success and stress are intertwined and embracing them both is essential for growth and improvement.

Hello, I am David Craig. I was born and raised in Kansas City. I am a father of four and a proud husband of a local small business owner. When I am not helping you love your home, I am involved in a variety of activities with my wife and kids. From coaching soccer to going on Boy Scout adventures, walking my dogs, and lifting weights at the gym, I am all about being in the moment and making memories.
I did not start at All-Pro Renovations with a background in construction, but I have over ten years of experience working for Amazon. From the associate level picking and packing your orders to managing teams of sixty-plus direct reports and getting nationwide orders delivered to your door on time, I know what it takes to help motivate a team to ensure customer satisfaction, and I have enjoyed increasing my knowledge of construction along the way.
My favorite part about working at All-Pro Renovations is partnering with my customers and making their designs come to life. It brings me joy knowing that they will appreciate it for years to come.

Hi, my name is Mike; I am an All-Pro in-house electrician with nine years of experience in new construction for residential and remodel services. With a strong background in electrical systems, I specialize in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical wiring and equipment. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, golfing, being a Chiefs STM, and traveling with my fiancé when we can!

Following In My Footsteps
These boys got some big shoes to fill! Meet Brixton & Gavin, my twin boys. They are my mini-me’s who are filled with compassion, positivity, and too much energy, some would say! Since the first day I opened the shop, it has been my sole goal to create something I could give to my kids that they can be proud of. With a lot of hard work, integrity, and discipline, the company will be theirs one day, as I plan to keep the business a family-owned company forever!

In Memory Of Nick Sands & Zach Mahurin
Nick Sands & Zach Mahurin were both the kindest, happiest, best people I have had the honor of having as part of my life. We had each other's backs through thick and thin; they were two people I would do anything for. I started All-Pro the day I heard my wife was pregnant as I knew her staying home wasn’t in the stars, and starting my own business was the only way I could make it happen. I told Zach, my roommate at the time I wanted to go buy a sprayer and start painting houses, and without hesitation, Zach was ready to help. Zach was always ready to do anything, as long as it meant we did it together. We legit worked full-time jobs and still worked 30 hours a week, additionally together doing anything and everything renovation for extra cash.
Not too long after, Nick Sands, our other best friend, joined the team. Together we made memories every day we worked. These two are legit the funniest people I have ever met, so saying work was always a good time would be an understatement. Their infectious laughter and positivity made it so easy to grow my business. One day we all were sitting around talking about life and decided it was time to take a leap of faith and quit our jobs and start working full-time on the new business. Nick was the first to start full-time. He acted as the foreman over two other guys we hired. Prior to Nick's passing, it was our goal for him to become a partner in the business, as he had every quality it took to lead a team, and I trusted him more than anyone in the world.
After Nick passed, things changed dramatically, as our family was broken apart. We continued to renovate houses, but I dove deeper into building the business instead of doing the work myself, as things were no longer the same. Zach went off to lead our Heating & Cooling division while I ran the company as a whole. Zach helped hundreds of our customers with HVAC installs and service work. Always bringing his awesome energy to every customer experience, we grew our HVAC business to full-time work for three people over a year or two. Without his help, that would have never been possible, as he had the knowledge and expertise necessary to make it happen. These two guys were a huge part of what helped bring All-Pro to life, and I am deeply appreciative of them for believing in me when I was just a crazy kid with big dreams. Rest in paradise; you will never be forgotten!
