John Baker Project Manager

Hi, I’m John Barker, a Project Manager at All-Pro Renovations, and I’ve been part of the team for the past six months. I bring with me nearly 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Over the years, I’ve worked as a Project Manager for other companies, but a large part of my background comes from being a contractor and small business owner. That hands-on experience has shaped the way I approach every project — with responsibility, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to delivering quality results.

Construction has been a big part of my life for a long time, and I truly enjoy the variety this industry brings. At All-Pro, I get to work on projects that involve multiple trades and different types of renovations, which keeps every day interesting. I like the challenge of solving problems and coordinating all the moving parts to make sure each project runs smoothly from start to finish. One of the things I appreciate most is that there’s almost nothing All-Pro can’t do — and being part of a team with that level of capability is something I’m proud of.

Outside of work, my biggest priority is my family. I’m a dad to four kids, and I spend as much time with them as I can. I also coach youth football, which is something I’m really passionate about. Coaching allows me to mentor young athletes, teach discipline and teamwork, and stay connected to my community. Whether it’s on the job site or on the field, I enjoy leading, supporting others, and helping build something meaningful.
